In just 8 years my husband and I bought and sold 4 homes, moving from one state to another each time.  I know how frustrating moving can be, especially with children.  That's why I decided to pursue a career in real estate.

As a property owner

I have remodeled, landscaped, flipped, rented and sold real estate since my first purchase in 1995. I have an eye for a property's potential as well as its current value.  I've been on all sides, so I have a tremendous amount of empathy for what my clients are going through.

As a resource

As much as you want the home buying and selling process to be smooth, you also want to get the best price for your property.  I utilize in depth reports on the current market to identify trends and opportunities to get a competitive price for a home.  When I first became licensed in real estate, I also received my license as a loan originator. Sometimes how a property is financed can make or break a deal and it has been an advantage to have a thorough understanding of the lending process.  

As a licensed real estate agent

A sign in your front yard is not enough.  I have a variety of marketing options to advertise your listing, including Facebook posts and online ads that are specifically tailored to buyers who are interested in properties like yours.  I can also arrange for professional photography and staging to bring out the best in your property.

Some of my proudest moments in business come from satisfied customers who happily recommend me to their family and friends, and return to me if they ever need to sell property again.  I keep in touch with my clients and have the pleasure of watching them get married, have children, relocate, and enjoy all of the times in between.
